A little bit about me...
Becoming a healer
After going through my own healing process I felt inspired to help others either through using a candle or coming to me for a treatment. I use the candles in all of my treatments. I highly recommend that when you light your candle, you take time to sit quietly and work with the intention of the candles. They work beautifully during yoga practices, meditation or healing work.
I have worked in the corporate world for 20 years and am now working as a full time healing practitioner and candle maker. I am a single mum of two boys and have plenty of life experiences to draw from. i completed my Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 (practitioner level) training with Teresa Brown in 2021. I wanted to add an additional level of accessibility to my healing practices and completed a one year Diploma in Massage Therapy at South Devon College in 2022/23 and ITEC aware in Indian Head Massage in 2023. I finally left the Corporate HR world in May 2023 and haven't looked back. It feels brilliant to have found my true life path. I have worked in Salcombe Harbour Spa as a massage therapist and at Neals Yard. I see my clients in the Totnes Natural Health Centre where I also volunteer.
I would describe myself as having a foot in each world - where spirituality and healing meets ordinary life. I have a down to earth friendly and relaxed approach. I have no desire to force my views on anyone and I still enjoy a rum and coke down the pub as I always have.
My greatest joy is relieving knots and tension in back massages and offering bespoke Reiki / Massage healing combinations. I believe in the benefits of treating the physical body as well on a energetic and spiritual level.

Crystals are cleansed and programmed
The crystals are cleansed in a magical woodland stream near my house in Totnes.
Crystals are given reiki.
Each crystal is given reiki and an intention is added just before being put on the candle. The 'I AM.... ' intention can be found on candle label.
Candle making process - only pure essential oils
I use ethically sourced soy, which is the cleanest burning wax. I only use high quality essential oils (aromatherapy). The essential oils have been selected to work in balance with each chakra. Essential oils are so powerful with many healing qualities. I would never use harmful fragrance oils found in most candles.
Hand poured candles
Each candle is hand poured with love on my silver vintage tray.
Candles are hand decorated
Each candle is uniquely hand decorated with crystals and a complimentary dried flowers, fruit, herb or holy incense for root chakra candle.
They then set and labels added when cooled. The label details the intention, ingredients and the crystal cleansing, programming and reiki process.
