Classic Swedish massage. Perfect for removing knots in back. Can be adapted to be deeply relaxing or targeting muscle aches and pains. 

Hot stones  uses many of the Swedish massage techniques but with using warm stones held in the masseuse hands. This can be very effective for achieving a deep massage. Hot stones works with crystals and balancing chakra points.  A blissful experience. 

Reiki is an ancient healing therapy.  This works through channelling energy to promote healing and wellbeing. This can be done via laying down or sitting over clothes with very little actual touch. There is a vast amount of evidence to support the benefits of Reiki and I am pleased with the results for my clients. 

Working with a pendulum (crystal on a chain), I am able to diagnose whether a chakra is out of balance. I can also take the first steps to help restore balance. However there may be underlying significant life issues which may be putting it out of balance. 

Working with a pendulum (crystal on a chain) I am able to use the power of crystals to assist in healing. This works particularly well if there is a specific pain or health issue in need of an additional healing blast.
